Answer: There is no consolidation for these territories. When your items reach our Philippine warehouses we can store your items for up to 3 days without charge. After 3 days, you will be charged 200 php / box / per day for overstaying boxes at any of our partner warehouses.

Answer: We do not have a weight limit as we ship by ocean cargo, but for practical reasons the item should be able to be handled by 2 people to ensure that your item can be handled properly and safely. In addition, the weight of each box may be limited by the ability of the box to hold the heavy load

Answer: Boxes should be paid before they are shipped out to the Philippines. Delays in payment will incur penalties such as storage fees.
Answer: You can purchase insurance for Taiwan and Thailand shipments through your online account. Make sure to purchase insurance before item is delivered to the PH. We are not responsible for any damages to your individual items or cargo when they arrive to the PH. All items are packed carefully by our partner consolidators into the boxes and containers. However items shift and move during transit and this is unavoidable. Best to inform your supplier to reinforce packaging of items in preparation for container shipping. This insurance covers only lost boxes and any damaged items are not covered by insurance.

All restricted items are subject to seizure and will be destroyed. The shipper and the consignee will be subject to prosecution.
Here are other applicable regulations concerning importation and exportation of some of the above products:
US residents entering the United States at international land boarders who are carrying a validly obtained controlled substance (other than narcotics such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, or LSD), are subject to certain additional requirements. If a US residents wants to bring in a controlled substance (other than narcotics such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, or LSD) but does not have a prescription for the substance issued by a US – licensed practitioner (e.g., physician, dentist, etc.) who is registered with, and authorized by, the Drug Enforcement Administration to prescribe the medication, the individual may not import more than 50 dosage units of the medications into the United States. If the US resident has a prescription for the controlled substance issued by a DEA registrant, more than 50 dosage units may be imported by that person, provided all other legal requirements are met.

Answer: For boxes without label, our Taiwan and China warehouse has the right notto send the boxes to our Philippine warehouse.
Please inform your suppliers to label the boxes properly to avoid delay of
sending the boxes. You may also ask them to send a picture before shipping
to our warehouse.Boxes will be stored in the warehouse for one month for proper
identification and consolidation, from the date of receipt.
Storage fees will be implemented for unidentified boxes over 30 days in
the warehouse.
Answer: For unclaimed boxes in the Philippine warehouse, we can store boxes only up to 30 days and then storage fees apply:
SMALL BOX - P300 each per week;
MEDIUM BOX - P400 each per week;
LARGE BOX - P600 each per week
Unclaimed boxes will be disposed after 60 days in the warehouse.
