Answer: We can store your items for up to 30 days without charge. After 30 days, you will be charged 200 php / box / per week for overstaying boxes at any of our warehouses.
Answer: We have a variety of boxes and sizes these can be found on the homepage. We also accept irregular-sized fees are based on volume of item.
Answer: We do not have a weight limit as we ship by ocean cargo, but for practical reasons the item should be able to be handled by 2 people to ensure that your item can be handled properly and safely. In addition, the weight of each box may be limited by the ability of the box to hold the heavy load.
Answer: Yes, we can combine your items bought from different sellers into one box. To prevent accidental damage or loss we recommend that items are always kept in its original packaging from the seller or supplier.
Answer: There will be an extra charge and will depend on location if covered by collection area. If not covered by us we can recommend third party couriers for collection.
Answer: Boxes should be paid before they are shipped out to the Philippines. Delays in payment will incur penalties such as storage fees.
Answer: We are not responsible for any damages to your individual items or cargo when they arrive to the PH. All items are packed carefully by our partner consolidators into the boxes and containers. However items shift and move during transit and this is unavoidable. Best to inform your supplier to reinforce packaging of items in preparation for container shipping. The standard insurance provided varies by size and country of origin. This insurance covers only lost boxes. Any damaged items are not covered by insurance. You can view insurance per box upon opening a box online. No additional insurance can be purchased

All restricted items are subject to seizure and will be destroyed. The shipper and the consignee will be subject to prosecution.
Here are other applicable regulations concerning importation and exportation of some of the above products:
US residents entering the United States at international land boarders who are carrying a validly obtained controlled substance (other than narcotics such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, or LSD), are subject to certain additional requirements. If a US residents wants to bring in a controlled substance (other than narcotics such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, or LSD) but does not have a prescription for the substance issued by a US – licensed practitioner (e.g., physician, dentist, etc.) who is registered with, and authorized by, the Drug Enforcement Administration to prescribe the medication, the individual may not import more than 50 dosage units of the medications into the United States. If the US resident has a prescription for the controlled substance issued by a DEA registrant, more than 50 dosage units may be imported by that person, provided all other legal requirements are met.

Answer: As an added service we are willing to proxy our credit card or Paypal account to make payment on your behalf. There will be an 10% service charge (on top of total checkout price) to be made in advance (via bank deposit only). Any extra costs including delivery charges will be billed before sending the item out to the Philippines. This service is not applicable to Canada and the US.
Answer: The UMAC warehouse is located at No. 130 (Old #181) Ipil St. Cor. Ipil Ext. Marikina Heights, Marikina City. Yes, pickup can be arranged with advanced notice and proof of identity.
Answer: US and UK - Boxes are loaded to container every Monday and departs for the port on Tuesday. Container leaves US and UK port every Friday / Saturday. So boxes should be sealed by Friday for loading on the following Monday. Cut-off and shipping schedule changes from time to time without prior notice.
